Are YOU capable of having a GREAT relationship?

If you haven’t heard, here’s what others are saying about this class:

  • It has helped me to put things in perspective and see where I am, what I have to work on.
  • My older adult children could really use this.
  • These are great tools that would bring an end to bad relationships and make good relationships better.
  • I’m recovering from the death of a spouse as well as a recent divorce. This class has given me great insight into dealing with both situations.
  • This course really puts into perspective my ability to have healthy relationships.
  • I can apply these principles in all of my relationships—at work, with my children, and especially new relationships.
  • You should call this class—“Life Smarts”

Relationship Smarts 101: Creating the Foundation For Healthy Relationships

Have you ever tried to do something, unsure of whether or not you would succeed, and tried anyway? In the beginning you had hope and some excitement -- the new adventure was fun and challenging. Then, the excitement wore off and you realized that you started something that you couldn’t finish. You realized that you didn't have the right tools or knowledge to succeed. You may have become frustrated and disappointed. In the end you felt like you couldn’t succeed no matter how hard you tried. Many people feel this way about dating and relationships. In this first section of the class you will learn how to develop the basic foundation for creating healthy relationships.

Feedback in Relationships—Do You Get It?

Inspired by the book, “Where’s the Gift?” this exciting class will teach you how to use feedback in all of your relationships. As you learn the key elements of giving and receiving feedback in relationships, you will be amazed at how prepared you are for assessing relationships. If you have a hard time understanding why the people you date do what they do or if you are confused about how to interpret what others are doing, this class will help you tremendously. In addition, you will assess the feedback that you are giving others--are you helping or hindering your chances of success? Find out in this class.

Good to Great: Learn the Relationship Skills That Will Take Your Relationships to the Next Level

In his book, “Good to Great,” Jim Collins identified the key differences between good and great companies. He found that there are important elements that separate great companies from good companies. In this class, you will learn the difference between good and great daters. Great relationships do not just happen. Just as there are fundamental principles that make businesses great, there are basic components that make relationships great. In this class, you will learn skills that will vastly improve all of your relationships. Take your dating to the next level.

Learn to How to Improve Your Relationship Skills

Using 9 key categories for what makes relationships succeed and fail, this section of the class will focus on how to identify “red flags” in yourself and others. You will learn what to watch for in unhealthy relationships, what you may be doing to hurt your relationships, and how you can evaluate each of these areas. You can prepare for this section of the class by taking the Relationship IQ test found at www.growthclimate.com –Note the results are $21.95—In this class we will discuss how to make the best use out of the 60 page book (the results) you create when you take the test.
